In order to display Schörfling's history the association for 'Heimatpflege and Urgeschichte' offers an extraordinary historical exhibition in Gmundnerstrasse 8.
In 5 rooms you can find collector's items from the Neolithic period (lake dwelling settlements), the Roman period up to crafts from past and present. A major part of the exhibition is dedicated to the history and building of rafts, which was an important economic factor for the region.
The Heimathaus is open from May till October with guided tours every Saturday at 10 am.
