A walking tour on the Celtic Tree Path – an exciting
journey to the age of the Celts!
The Celtic Tree Path – a place where kids and their parents relearn to sense and experience nature an history. Imaginatively designed adventure stations and fun points invite you to turn back the clock and get in touch with ancient times. Wayfarers experience nature in a creative way and additionally get to know interesting facts and trivia about the life of the Celts.
Kids may love our “celtic” adventure playground, where they can hunker down in a burrow or ride a venturesome ropeway. Our two major experience zones, the “Isle of senses” and the “Isle of nature” will also be of great appeal.
Children who are tired of rollicking can meet the quiz-challenge and prove their knowledge about our local tree species. In a reconstructed house from the iron-age, you may have the chance of watching an “authentic Celt” doing his day-to-day errands.
The heritage trail, with a length of 2,5 km leads you to the tree-lined roads of hill Koglberg, to adventure points, biotopes, beautiful panoramic views and resting places on the wayside.
