Genuine holidays – horse riding in a landscape which is coined by the turquoise colour of the lake, the rock faces of the “Höllengebirge” (‘hell mountain range’), the rolling hills with crooked fruit trees reflecting the season.
Meadows in full bloom, mystical forests or freshly fallen powder snow in winter – the nativeness of an ancient rural country invites you to discover it and stay for a while.

The charming landscape not only offers fantastic trails for galloping but also wonderful views and cultural as well as culinary highlights.

7 laps starting at the centre in Kammer/Schörfling connect you with the riding ‘El Dorado’ of Traunsee, Mondseeland, and Hausruckwald. Furthermore, these 7 laps comprise numerous bathing spots, tourist attractions, ‚horse-friendly’ inns, simple recreation stops with homemade specialities or typical “Mostschenken” (inns) with home-produced delights.

The possibilities for staying overnight range from a B&B to a 4*hotel, from leaving the horse in a farmer’s stable to an equestrian centre.

Over 30 affiliated companies of the „Verein Wanderreiten Attersee Attergau“-club invite you to join in independent or guided rides. The club also provides you with riding and driving facilities, lessons, accommodation, and leisure time activities.
